Paella
Thanks for the pic B, the resylts from my blackberry were fuzzy, again.
Turned out OK, other than the fried breadcrumbs getting a bit messy around the plate.
Tasted nice, although I have yet to taste the real thing in Spain- and in NZ and Singapore paella can be gluggy, this wasn't.
Chorizo was crunchy and the oil was used to cook the onion and rice adding an extra taste that saffron added to. The prawns and scallop were heated through int the prawn stock before being added to the paella.
Overall a reasonable job.
